Returns/Refund Policies
Return Exceptions/Product Replacement
The only Returns accepted are; if the product was destroyed or lost during shipment. The destroy product must be return within 30 days of the purchase date to receive product replacement, refund or store credit.
Nidia Espe Enterprises do not accept regular product returns for health reasons, my collection will be treated like a Comb, Brush or any other personal item for the hair.
Please submit an email to espehaircombs@outlook.com letting me know in detail, if the product was destroyed or lost during shipment. Please let me know, if you will accept product replacement, refund or store credit. The refund process will start as soon the product is received or 25 business days from the date on which the product was mailed to be considered lost.
